Shipping policy

We aim to despatch your order within 5 to7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for address mistakes. We ask that you check the address before completing your payment. 

You will receive an email to acknowledge that we have received your order and a second email once your item(s) have been dispatched in accordance with the shipping/postage option you selected.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

How do I check the status of my order?

If 10 days have elapsed since your order was despatched (UK only) and your order hasn't arrived, and your tracking number hasn't updated with any relevant information then we will arrange for a replacement to be sent, please contact sales@lilahpopcandles.com
